Patrick Spencer sworn in as the MP for Central Suffolk and North Ipswich

It was a pleasure to hold another public meeting on Friday evening, this time in Grundisburgh, to discuss hypothetical plans for a Northern Bypass. It was the first time I really outlined many of my concerns about the project.
