On Thursday 4th September we held a public meting with residents in Framlingham to discuss ongoing problems around the quality of service provided at Framlingham GP surgery. Many residents had personal experiences of disappointment, difficulty getting an appointment, problems with the booking system, and general poor interactions with staff at the practice. All participants at the practice recognised the important role a GP plays in the community, and the difficult job many people do in our NHS. However, it is clear that local residents want to see action on behalf of the practice, the ICB, and the CIC to ensure the quality of service improves.
I promised participants and the community we would take up issues raised with relevant bodies. I look forward to updating people soon.
