Last week, despite the icy weather, I had the privilege of visiting Suffolk Rural’s Otley Campus, where I met with Principal Alan Pease and his dedicated team. We are incredibly fortunate to have one of the UK’s leading land management colleges right here in Central Suffolk and North Ipswich.
A particular highlight of the visit was viewing their rare species collection and exploring their impressive farm shop, which showcases the talent and hard work of their students. Suffolk Rural is a true asset to our community, nurturing the skills and knowledge essential for the future of our rural economy.
