It was great to meet with John Breheny, Andrew Fleming, and Steve Dighton at Breheny’s headquarters last week, where we spoke about their projects, and contribution to local employment and skills development. Visiting one of their nearby sites was of great insight into the kind of developments that they're planning for the future. Their strong ethos of supporting their staff and training opportunities speak volumes about their commitment to workforce development and retention. I left with plenty to take away as we look to strengthen ties between learning and long-term local employment.
