#WorldMentalHealth Day provides the opportunity to talk about mental health and raise awareness of organisations who are providing help and support across our local community.

YANA offers mental health support for those working in agriculture and rural businesses across East Anglia. They specifically provide:

👥 confidential support & funded counselling

🧠 an understanding of mental health

🏥 Mental Health training & suicide prevention

🚜 7 Tractor Facts to Save a Life, a national suicide prevention resource

Their helpline provides confidential support every Monday to Friday between 10am and 1pm. Call 0300 323 0400 to speak to someone directly or email [email protected] to leave a message and receive a callback outside of these hours.
