£20 MILLION FOR WHITEHOUSE

I was delighted to see the Government have announced £20 million in funding through it's Pride of Place programme for Whitehouse. The money will be made available over the next 10 years for projects that boost  sense of community and inclusivity.

Public Meeting to discuss changes to Shotgun licensing

In January I was approached by a constituent who was concerned that this Government was planning to consult and consider changed to the licensing regime for shotguns. Currently shotgun’s are licensed with a Section 2 certificate.

Ipswich Borough Council have £1.5 million of new money available for projects in Ipswich that boost a sense of community. I dont want to see any more money going on the Town Centre or Waterfront. I want to see money going to the communities of North Ipswich. Watch my video to find out more...

I am beyond disappointed that local elections for the county council have been delayed again. I campaigned vociferously to ensure that your right to determine who represents you at county council level will not be taken away from you.

It was a joy to watch the Tour of Britain cycle through Suffolk over two days in September. I love the sport of cycling, and it was made so much more exciting to watch greats like Geraint Thomas rocket through our beautiful countryside. I had the chance to catch the peloton in Debenham.
